SNOW CANCELLATIONS:
We will call each student if classes must be cancelled due to snow. We will also leave a cancellation notice on our answering machine (883-2223).
SNOW BIRDS:
Traveling out of town for part of the winter? Sign up for your class and deduct the cost of the portion you will miss during your travels. Indicate dates you will be present for class if you know them.

Our Himalayan Institute trained teachers offer free yoga classes at Roswell Park Cancer Center (call Cancer Resource Center 845-8659 for schedule) and Gilda’s Club (Tuesdays 5:30 pm and Friday 10:15 am)
