Become a Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist! After completing each of the 4 units and participating in optional case study sessions, you will have the knowledge and skills to create specific dosha balancing yoga practices, use food with awareness, and create a basic lifestyle plan for yourself, your students, and your clients based upon their needs and goals. You will also be able to offer basic Ayurvedic consultations, “Ayurveda 101″ programs, and you will have access to additional training and supervision from the Himalayan Institute graduates only case supervision sessions.

Unit 1: The Macrocosm and Microcosm of Ayurveda and Yoga with Sarah Guglielmi November 9-11, 2018

Unit 2: Psychology of Ayurveda and Physiology of Yoga completed online

Unit 3: Improving Our Digestion of Foods, Thoughts, and Actions with Julia Kress January 25-27, 2019

Unit 4: Clinical Use of Ayurveda and Yoga with Kathryn Templeton March 22-24, 2019

Save $200 when registering for all 4 units.
$1396 for the 4 Unit Program or $399 for an Individual Unit.

$499 Deposit prior to the Unit 1 start date.
Additional payments of $299 each due at the start date for Units 2, 3, and 4.

All dedicated yoga students and teachers are invited to take this training, but certification will only be given to students who have 200-hour yoga certification from an accredited school (YTT program).

Note: Sessions 1, 2, and 3 can be taken as independent workshops and must be completed before registering for Unit 4. All four sessions are required for certification.

Schedule: Units 1, 3, and 4 will run at the following times:
Friday 4:30-8:30pm
Saturday 8:30-4:30pm
Sunday 8:30-4:30pm
